  • Use the Service to download videos or content you do not have the rights to access

  • Attempt to reverse engineer any aspect of the Service

Intellectual Property

The Service contains content owned or licensed by Vidmate App, including but not limited to text, software, photos and videos (“Vidmate App IP”). This Vidmate App IP is protected by copyright, trademark and other US and foreign laws.

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. VIDMATE APP EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND RELATED TO THE SERVICE, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

VIDMATE APP WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY LOST PROFITS OR CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INDIRECT, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES RELATING TO, ARISING OUT OF, OR IN ANY WAY IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF VIDMATE APP HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT WILL VIDMATE APP’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vidmate App from and against any third-party claims, losses or investigations related to your access to or use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we believe changes are material, we will notify you by posting the revised Terms and updating the Effective Date at the top of this page. By continuing to access or use the Service after revision, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must stop using the Service.
